Petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching motorcycle. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He was arrested only on suspicion. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody for seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner,

No.84078 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019.
