2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 394 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 162 of 2021.
3. As per allegation, accused persons came to the Customer Service Point of Bank of India and at the point of pistol, they looted Rs 2,04,000/-. It is alleged that the petitioner colluded with the accused persons in this nefarious design.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused, and except that there is nothing against him. Nothing was recovered from his possession. No TIP has

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 162 of 2021, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below.
