JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No. 176 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of more than 200 litres of liquor from a Maruti-Sujuki 800 Car of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is no named in the FIR and he has been implicated only because of car belongs to the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If petitioner
