Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

One hundred forty bottles, containing 46.5 litres, Nepali liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 29.9.2018. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.
