The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1093 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is recovery of one country made pistol along with three live cartridges beneath the bed of the petitioner in his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged country made pistol and three live cartridges have not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, rather, the same are said to be recovered beneath the bed of petitioner.The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.79310 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1093 of 2019. One of the sureties must be parents/close relative of the petitioner.
