For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, Rule or direction especially in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents authority to regularize the service of the petitioners as they are working, Computer-Operator since
Patna High Court CWJC No.1340 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 2007 onwards on the sanctioned Post under Department of Bihar Horticulture Development Society, and as fulfilled they requirements and the entire conditions reported in the case of Uma Devi Vrs. State of Karnataka reported in 2006(4) SCC 1 and other reported verdict passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
ii. For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, Rule direction especially in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents not to adopt discriminate Policy with regard to payment of honorarium of the petitioner and pay the equal honorarium and arrear amount effect from 01.01.2018 as per the direction issued under the pen and signature of Assistant Director, Horticulture in the District-Begusarai vide its order dated 19.10.2023 in the case of Sanjay Kumar Mishra who is holding similar post under the same department, Govt. of Bihar.
iii. For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs Rule or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may found fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the present petitioners may be found entitled in back-drop of their service

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
