JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48394 of 2018 by which the anticipatory bail was allowed to the petitioner with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order.

Now this application has been filed on the ground that the petitioner was suffering from liver infection as such he could not be surrendered.

In such view of the matter, further two weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. No further indulgence will be given to the petitioner. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
