2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed assault with the informant and her family member and also misbehaved with the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that there is no allegation of over act against the petitioner and he was only member of the mob. It is next submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of more than one month. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 268 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
