The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 3491 © of 2015 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that petitioner took Rs. 75,000/- from the petitioner for providing him job but the petitioner did not provide him job nor returned the money. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and complainant are good friends. On demand the complainant lent money to the petitioner. The petitioner returned borrowed money but on account of non payment of interest accruing thereon the complainant has lodged this false case. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
