1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 19.10.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64145 of 2023, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the bail application, due to typographical error, the name of petitioner's father has wrongly been typed as Bhori Chaudhary instead of Bhorik Chaudhary, which is the name of petitioner's father as per FIR. He accordingly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25404 of 2024(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 prays for correction of the name of the father of the petitioner in the order granting bail, dated 19.10.2023, and further prays for two weeks' more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of the petitioner's father appearing in the order, dated 19.10.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 64145 of 2023, be read as Bhori Chaudhary @ Bhorik Chaudhary instead of Bhori Chaudhary.

5. The time granted to the petitioner by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 19.10.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64145 of 2023, is extended by further two weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 2,500/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Bhojpur at Ara. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) ashwani/- U T
