JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 278 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2018. He further submits that the case was registered against unknown and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
