2. The accused/petitioner is named in F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1396 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to administered "Celphos" (Agriculture pesticide) to the sister of the informant alongwith other co-accused persons/family members. Petitioner is "Nanad" (Sister-in-law) of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that with same set of allegation, the husband of the deceased was granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned coordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 61251 of 2024 dated 05.02.2025 against whom the thrust of allegation is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88385 of 2024(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 available. It is submitted that petitioner is sister-in-law (Nanad) and facing very general and omnibus allegation qua alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of nature of allegation which is very general and omnibus against petitioner, who is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Danapur/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1396 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the BNSS.
