This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nokha P.S. Case No.206 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1936 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.206 of 2023. 7.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Nokha Police Station, District- Rohtas at Sasaram on first Sunday of every month.
