2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, one country-made loaded pistol, two master keys and smart phone were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1516 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 possession. He is under custody since 17.03.2024. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Akash Kumar has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 48421 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of custody which is nearabout one year, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
