Petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Thana (Patna Junction) P.S. Case No. 430 of 2018 registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that total 105 pcs. Of Tetra Pack Officers Choice Original Whisky containing 180 ml. Each was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79070 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna Rail Thana, in connection with Patna Junction Rail P.S. Case No. 430 of 2018.
