2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 323, 341, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came to the house of informant, armed with iron rod and axe, assaulted informant and his nephew. It is further alleged that co-accused Neeraj Kumar Sah took out Rs. 1.5 lakh from the pocket of nephew of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to political rivalry, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Entire allegation, made in the F.I.R., is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 384 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
