The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Desri P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the high handed manner in which the petitioners alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and mercilessly assaulted him, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest
