1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of appropriate writ or writs/order or orders/direction or directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for his appointment on Compassionate ground to appoint him to earliest fixing a reasonable time frame on appropriate post as the father of the petitioner although died on 09.10.2020.

For issuance of appropriate declaration that the action of the respondents concerned in not appointing the petitioner on a suitable post under Compassionate ground in question is highly illegal, arbitrary, malicious and tentamounting to violation of the Fundamental Rights, Human Rights and Natural Rights of the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents no.6 to 8, i.e. the authorities of the Nagar Parishad, Nawada, has submitted, by referring to paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the grievances of the petitioner has been fulfilled, inasmuch as he has already been appointed as a Cleanliness Jamadar (Safai Jamadar), vide letter dated 10.01.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, the present writ petition be disposed off.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
