JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor along with learned counsel for the informant.

Unfortunately on account of disruption of marital status on one pretext or the other, this case along with another sprouted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the petitioner is ready to settle the differences once for all whereupon, the same should be considered under the aforesaid background.

Considering the same, let the learned lower court should indulge in such kind of exercise on being prayed for at

No.81190 of 2019(4) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 the end of the petitioner while surrendering before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail and the same must be in presence of the informant who should be noticed. During midst thereof, in order to facilitate the aforesaid exercise, petitioner would be released on provisional bail.

In case, the matter concludes in finality then, in that circumstance, provisional bail being allowed would be confirmed, otherwise the learned lower court will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
