2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakmehsi P.S.Case No. 179 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of taking the mobile of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2023. He has one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3425 of 2024(5) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class cum Additional Munsif, Samastipur in Chakmehsi P.S.Case No. 179 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Pusa Police Station on first Sunday of every month and co-operate in the trial. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
