The co-accused Ujjwal Kumar and Ankit Kumar have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court on 12.07.2018 and 14.08.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 37893 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 47131 of 2018 respectively. The applicant is also entitled for bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:

(i). One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.

(ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with
