JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2019 The petitioners have put to challenge an order dated 20.11.2019 passed by the Circle Officer, Darauli, Siwan, whereby the petitioners have been asked to remove the encroachment from public land appertaining to Khata No. 97, Khesra No. 127 of Thana No.189 in the district of Siwan. The order has been passed under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The petitioners have remedy of statutory appeal under

Patna High Court CWJC No.24164 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Section 11 of the Act, which they have apparently not invoked against the impugned order.

This writ application is thus disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority, if not already approached.
