2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 318, 303(2), 64, 352, 351(2), 352(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(D), 67 of the I.T. Act.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he established physical relation multiple times with the informant after putting undue pressure upon her and also clicked some objectionable photographs, as a result, she became pregnant and on 22.05.2025, the petitioner made the photographs viral and on 24.05.2025 at about 09.00 pm, the petitioner and others assaulted the informant. However, informant denies her marriage with this petitioner and supports the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim under Section 183 B.N.S.S., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
