The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Khirhar PS Case No.88 of 2019 dated 7.11.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .
Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 54 ltrs. of liquor from the motorcycle. Petitioners were arrested . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for two months. Charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Dsitrict and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Khirhar P.S.Case No.88 of 2019/G.R.No.2127 of 2019.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
