JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 19-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1152C of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. On 16.12.2020,both the parties were ready to live together and this Court directed both of them to appear before the learned Court below on 05.01.2021 and file an affidavit in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80512 of 2019(6) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 this regard.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter could not be materialized between the parties. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 does not deny with the aforesaid fact.

In that view of the matter, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
