This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 344, 323, 504, 509, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with POCSO Case No. 182 of 2024, arising out of Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 173 of 2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected under order dated 13.05.2025 in Cr.Misc.No. 17339 of 2025, but
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86949 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 while rejecting the bail application, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months. The stipulated period has completed and the petitioner is in custody for about a year.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum-District and Additional Sessions Judge, 6th, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 173/2024/POCSO Case No. 182/2024, SAO subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date.
