====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghunath P.S. Case No. 7 of 2024 instituted under Section 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on non-fulfillment of dowry demand accused persons including the petitioner committed murder of sister of the informant by pressing her neck and fled away from there.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. She has no concern with the affairs of the deceased. There is general

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89535 of 2024(2) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 allegation against the petitioner. Husband of the deceased is in judicial custody from the date of occurrence. The petitioner is unmarried young girl aged about 22 years, having no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 03.08.2024. She undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Raghunath P.S. Case No. 7 of 2024.
