2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is the father of the deceased who is the husband of the informant who shot and killed the deceased.

4. In subsequent statements also informant has alleged that the deceased was killed by her husband. After more than a month, she has given the statement in which she has introduced the name of petitioner and one Guddu Kumar having participated in the killing of the informant and has alleged that the petitioner and Guddu Kumar were the order

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2023 and has clean antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
