JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 143, 149, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of creating road blockage and petitioner nos.3, 4, 7 & 9 are named in the F.I.R. whereas other petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5840 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Kishanganj, in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
