JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Following are the reliefs which the petitioners are seeking :- "(i) For the direction to the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on class IV post on the vacant Class-IV seat available within the district of Aurangabad up to the date of the Advertisement No. 1/2009 and due to different litigation time to time seeking clarification from the higher authorities due to that there is delay in taking the decision regarding the appointment of

(ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of class-IV by the taking into the account of vacant seat available on the date of advertisement i.e. 11.11.2009."

The question involved in the present writ application is squarely covered by a decision of this Court dated 18.12.2019 in CWJC No. 18612 of 2019 (Kapil Kumar vs. The State of Bihar) and other analogous cases.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the directions given in case of Kapil Kumar (supra). A counter affidavit has been field on behalf of the Respondents-State of Bihar, which has been taken on record. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U
