2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2023 in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 380/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the orders of this petitioner, co-accused Chandan Paswan and Nandan Paswan assaulted the informant by an iron rod causing injury on head. Further, the petitioner assaulted wife of the informant Sita Devi and the petitioner along with other named accused persons assaulted Nunu Paswan causing grievous injury.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 380/2021. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U
