2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 147, 149, 224, 225 , 353 , 186, 332, 333 , 323 , 307, 427, 504, 509 of the IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on 07.01.2024 , police officials went to arrest co-accused Sadhu Kumar @ Brajesh Kumar and arrested him but in the meantime , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons scuffled with police party and forcefully got co-accused Sadhu Kumar @ Brajesh Kumar escaped and in the aforesaid scuffle between police and accused persons, one lady constable got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. F.I.R. has been lodged after the delay of 3 days for which there is no plausible explanation .
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons hindered police officials in discharge of their official duty and gravity of offence , prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
