2. The present petition has been preferred for a direction upon authority concerned to consider the case in accordance with law filed before the Land Acquisition

Patna High Court CWJC No.1221 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 and Resettlement Authority, Gaya as per the proviso under section 64 of the Act on non-reference the petition filed before the District Magistrate cum Collector under section 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or section 64 of the Right to Fare Compensation and Transpareny in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it would suffice, if they are granted liberty to approach the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARRA) under section 64 of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
