2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this petition is being filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing or commanding upon the Respondent concerned to consider the case in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1572 of 2024(2) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 accordance with law filed before the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Authority, Gaya as per the proviso under section 64 of the Act on non-reference the petition filed before the District Magistrate cum Collector under section 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or section 64 of the Right to Fare compensation and transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if he is granted liberty to approach the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARRA) under Section 64 of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
