2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023, lodged on 14.07.2023 under Sections 302, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against three named accused persons, excluding the petitioner. It is alleged that the informant's sister was married to accused Yogendra Sahni, and the named accused persons demanded dowry and used to torture her and exert pressure on her. Subsequently, due to the non-fulfillment of their dowry demands, they allegedly killed the informant's sister.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. It is

Counsel also submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, her name has been figured during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 12.09.2024 and has a clean criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail but fairly submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and she has a clean criminal antecedent.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS.
