The contempt petition has been filed for compliance of order dated 09.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 5316 of 2017 by which direction was given to the respondent authorities to release the GPF amount as well as Insurance and Leave Encashment.

Learned state counsel has taken this court to third supplementary show cause which also includes the calculation chart to show that only pension and gratuity of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.5038 of 2018(10) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 was remaining which has been cleared with 18% interest. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the show cause on record.

The MJC No. 5038 of 2018 stands disposed as the order stands complied with.
