The petitioners No. 1 and 2 are brothers-in-law (Dewar) whereas petitioner No. 3 is the father-in-law of the deceased lady who apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 148/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/302/328/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though this is a case under Section 304(B), the husband of the petitioner who had surrendered suo motu was subsequently released on bail under the provisions of Section 167(2) and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80190 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 mother-in-law as well as the two other sisters-in-law have since been extended the privilege of bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55402 of 2019. It is further submitted that the present petitioners shall co-operate in whatever further investigation is made and shall also present during the course of the trial. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners No. 1, 2 and 3, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 13, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 148/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
