====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, husband of the informant had gone along with Ravindra Yadav @ Master and thereafter his dead

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81101 of 2019(4) dt.18-03-2020 2/3 body was recovered. Petitioner Ranju Devi confessed that she and others including petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 81101 of 2019 have committed the murder of the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused Gungi Devi @ Raj Kumari Devi, wife of Ravindra Yadav, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62575 of 2019 (Anneuxre-2) and besides confessional statement of the co-accused before the police while in police custody, there is no other material to substantiate the allegation. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the basis of material aforesaid.

Since there is no direct material against any of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sigori Police Station Case No. 70 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial
