2. The present petition has been preferred for a direction authority concerned particularly to respondent no.3 to refer the matter before LARRA, Gaya udner section 64(1) of the RTFLARR Act,
Patna High Court CWJC No.1454 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 2013 on the application being filed by the petitioner on merit and the LARRA, Gaya be directed to disposed the same within stipulated period as per Section 60(4) of the RTFCLARR Act, 2013.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if he is granted liberty to approach the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARRA) under section 64 of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
