The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No.539 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR there is allegation against the petitioner of casualty by rod to the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and from the petitioner's side also received injuries. Heard learned A.P.P. also who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the informant was assaulted on head by rod. He is still under treatment at NMCH, Patna..

No.79364 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
