JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.08.2018 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 RP (UP) Act, on the allegation that he was found engaged in committing theft. Petitioner was arrested on the spot and does have criminal antecedent of six cases but considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barauni Rail at Begusarai in connection with Garhara R.P.F. P. S. Case No. 6 of 2018.
