This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against all the persons named in the FIR, who are the petitioners herein, that they started assaulting the informant and his mother and snatched a golden jewellery and a sum of Rs. 5,000=00 from the informant and his

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that there is general allegation against all the persons named in the FIR of having assaulted the informant and his mother. He has further submitted that for an occurrence said to have taken place on same date and time, a counter-case has been registered as Chandi P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019. It has been argued on behalf of the petitioners that the injuries on the person of the informant have been found to be simple in nature and the injury on the person of the informant's mother has been found to be not on vital parts of the body. Considering the submissions as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Chandi P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/ Court, as the case
