The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No.374 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though, name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused that petitioner had supplied liquor to co-accused. However, considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner of identical nature, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below
