The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That this writ application is being filed for a direction to the respondents concern to make payment of rent and other expenses to the petitioner as the agriculture advisory center is running in the house of the petitioner since 1.4.2019 but till date no rent has been paid to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1488 of 2024(4) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 petitioner without any reason known to the respondents concern and after several representation filed by the petitioner no action has been taken by the respondents concern."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
