2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:- "That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction, directions, order, orders commanding the respondent-concerned to restrain the respondent-Land Acquisition Officer and its concerned-officers from

Patna High Court CWJC No.358 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 disposing and disturbing the petitioners husband and his family members from the land of the petitioner's husband and her family members, bearing plot no. 650, Area 0.07 decimals and its other lands in question in connection with Notification no. 12, Land Acquisition Samastipur dated 26.12.2012 or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is found to be entitled to."

3. Learned State counsel pointed out that in the year 2024, the petitioner is raking up an issue of the year 2012.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if he is allowed to prefer a representation before the respondent No. 02, the Collector, Samastipur.

5. In view of the said limited submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid authority.
