1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent's authorities to take appropriate judicious decision of the representation filed by the petitioner for reconsideration of his grievance with respect to his age in service.

ii. For issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner would be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case as stated herein below for equitable justice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.364 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Commandant Bihar Home Guard, Nalanda, i.e. the respondent no.4, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Commandant Bihar Home Guard, Nalanda, i.e. the respondent no.4, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
