2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59627 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the order dated 16.10.2019 granting anticipatory bail could not be complied within the stipulated time as the petitioner was suffering from jaundice and was advised complete bed rest.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2421 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 terms of the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59627 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
