The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupashpur P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the police having arrested the petitioner after the police got secret information that 2-3 persons had assembled for committing crime while the other accused persons had managed to flee away and upon search, one iron rod and a dagger were recovered, whereafter upon a raid being committed at the house of the petitioner, various sums of money and other articles were

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is a businessman, hence, money was kept in his house. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a fair antecedent except one case in which he is on bail. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 19.08.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Danapur in connection with Rupashpur P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018.
