The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.110 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran for the offence under Sections 366A and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, there is direct allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping of the informant's daughter. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner has figured on the basis of suspicion.

However, learned APP for the State vehementally

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81224 of 2019(4) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim girl was minor at the time of occurrence.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
