The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.389 of 2016, arising out of Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.12 of 2016, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai (Samastipur).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has already been rejected by this Court twice, lastly, vide order dated 01.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.9987 of 2019. The petitioner had also preferred Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.)...CRLMP 3940 of 2017 to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80519 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 grant him bail before the Hon'ble Apex Court, which was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 08.03.2017 . The petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2016. Considering that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has already been rejected by this Court twice and also by the Hon'ble Apex Court on merit, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is, again, rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
